The impact of scarcity cognitive bias on women’s purchasing behavior in the European luxury handbags market

Dear participant,

Thank you for taking the time to complete this anonymous survey. Your insights are invaluable to my master’s thesis, which explores the impact of scarcity cognitive bias on women’s purchasing (buying) behavior in the European luxury handbags market.

Please answer the following questions thoughtfully and honestly. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. To ensure the relevance of the data for this study, I'm only seeking responses from individuals who purchase or are likely to consider purchasing luxury handbags. If this does not apply to you, I'm kindly asking that you exit the survey at this time.

What do we mean by "luxury handbags"?

For the purpose of this survey, luxury handbags refer to high-end, premium bags priced at a minimum of €700, produced by renowned fashion brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Hermès, Prada, Dior, Delvaux, Bottega Veneta, Goyard,…

I’d really appreciate your help in finishing this survey; it means a lot to me! Your input is super valuable, and I’m grateful for your time. Thanks for sticking with me until the end! laugh
