The Case of Coldplay’s 2024 Concert in Vienna. Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study. This study examines how attendees perceived risks at the Coldplay – Music of the Spheres World Tour in Vienna 2024, with particular focus on terrorism-related concerns. It also explores whether the previously reported terrorist threat connected to Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Vienna influenced perceptions of safety at the Coldplay concert. The research aims to understand how proximity to a threat—spatial, temporal, and psychological—shapes individual risk perception, and whether local and non-local attendees differ in their evaluations. By gathering your perspective as a concert attendee, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of risk perception, safety communication, and risk management in large-scale live music events.
